Over fifteen years ago, I sat across from a doctor who looked me in the eye and said, “We don’t know what’s wrong. Try this pill.”
That moment became the beginning of my health journey and a deeper awakening. I was exhausted, discouraged, and quietly searching for real answers. What I found instead was hope through a naturopath who introduced me to the healing power of real food, intentional living, and the wisdom built into the body. That experience changed my life and shaped my purpose.
I became a certified health coach because I knew there were others who felt the same way. Tired. Overwhelmed. Not fully seen or heard.
