Hi, I’m Kristina Sage.
Over fifteen years ago, I sat across from a doctor who told me, “We don’t know what’s wrong. Try this pill.”
I left that appointment exhausted, discouraged, and quietly searching for real answers. What I eventually found was hope through a naturopath who introduced me to the healing power of real food, intentional living, and the wisdom built into the body.
During that same season of life, my family and I were running our small coffee shop, Oma. Much of my time was spent in the kitchen baking bread, preparing simple meals, and serving our community. I began to see how deeply nourishing food and daily rhythms could restore people in ways modern health advice often overlooks.
Those experiences changed the direction of my life.
I became a certified health coach because I knew others were feeling the same way I once did—tired, overwhelmed, and searching for answers that addressed the whole picture of health.
Today my work is rooted in peace, not perfection. I believe healing is not about fixing something broken, but about returning to the rhythms that allow the body to thrive.
